Earlier today, November 25, Subversive Capital Acquisition Corp. Announced that they have formed The Parent Company (TPCO Holding Corp..), and are in the process of acquiring Caliva and Left Coast Ventures in an effort "to redefine the industry with a mission to both consolidate the California cannabis market and create an impactful global company."
Rihanna, Yo Gotti, Meek Mill, Subversive Capital and other new and existing share holders have put up 36.5 million in equity commitment. Jay-Z will Join The Parent Company as it's chief visionary officer.

The Parent Company will also team up with Roc Nation as their "Official Cannabis Partner" and will provide "special access and rights with respect to Roc Nation's roster of artists and athletes and Roc Nation will promote The Parent Company's brand portfolio and provide various services". The Parent Company are expecting the the revenue of Caliva and Left Coast to reach 334 million by 2021.
